You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Campus Talent Acquisition Projects Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining close partnerships with the Campus Talent Acquisition team to understand their challenges and apply recruitment initiatives to address them
  • Working closely with the Senior Manager of Campus Talent Acquisition and the Director of  Talent Acquisition to drive the campus strategy forward
  • Using data analysis to evaluate the impact of recruitment programs and make recommendations for improvement and further action to meet our strategic goals
  • Training ambassadors and TA team members on our strategy, attraction approach and programs
  • Identifying and managing relationships with conferences, professional organizations, and other events that engage diverse talent
  • Leveraging internal resources and engaging company ambassadors to support our campus recruitment goals
  • Working with our Brand team to activate our programming and strategy across our careers site and social media channels 
  • Working with our talent strategy and process team to understand our applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management tool and other technology which support campus recruiting efforts and ensure it’s utilization across Campus TA

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Previous experience in campus recruitment, or a comparable Human Capital position for external applicants.  Exposure to Campus recruiting for internal practice staff applicants
  • Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment and selection in the Campus recruitment space
  • An inherent sense of speed, to drive great results, while being precise in executing work
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always striving to improve the candidate, client and recruiter experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience analyzing data and making data driven decisions
  • Experience defining and tracking success and KPIs on program initiatives
  • Capable of creating and communicating a clear project plan and keeping stakeholders informed across complex assignments
  • Excellent prioritization skills, strong resilience and clear, engaging and concise communication skills
  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information  

The salary range* for this position is $80,100 - $115,767, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.  

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region.  Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.   PwC is committed to competitive compensation and sharing salary ranges in accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation as they arise.
